• Monday am – ‘One to one’ meetings with Commercial Officers
• Monday pm – Individual bespoke company meetings as arranged via OMIS
• Tuesday – Individual bespoke company meetings
• Wednesday – Individual company meetings
• Wednesday pm – Travel to Osaka – optional
• Thursday – Meet the trade team in Osaka – optional
• Thursday – Individual company meetings in West Japan area
• Friday – Individual company meetings
• Friday evening – Wrap up session and team dinner
