We can help you develop your plan at both strategic and tactical levels, and to set realistic but challenging goals and expectations. We can advise on the levels of investment and commitment required to succeed, and the timescales required.
Implementation
Our team have experience of setting up and running operations in Japan and the UK, covering all skills such as Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, Admin, HR and of course Management. We are familiar with working to tight budgets and deadlines, and we have several cost effective solutions for our clients such as setting up ‘virtual offices’ and shared resources.
Ongoing support
We develop long term partnerships with our clients and provide ongoing support and management advice, to ensure relationships with customers are successfully maintained.
We work with Japanese companies to help them develop business, forge partnerships, set up operations and make acquisitions in the US, Canada and Europe. Our network of Japanese members hold initial meetings with clients in Japan to understand their needs and agree a plan of action, and this is then implemented in the target markets using local knowledge and contacts.
We work closely with organisations such as UKTI to support the process of developing trade with Japan, and have recently been commissioned to put on events such as ‘Japan day’ in the UK, to organise an outbound Mission to Japan, and to speak at several events in the UK and Japan.
We also work on the Inward Investment side, and have been commissioned by a UK Regional Development Agency to work on projects to attract Japanese investors into the region.
